    Force a specific record?

    I'm using a formula so search a database for all "Inpatient Fees" for a hospital. Within these fees is one lone field called "Budget Only" that MUST be shown as well. Is there ANYWAY AT ALL to not let the details finish until that record is shown?

    Adding subreport values with report values?

    Within the SAME report, I have both details areas (main report,) with subreport areas as well. I must add a value within the subreport with a similiar value outside of the subreport. How is this possible? What is the syntax for the formula field? Thanks

    Compacting Text Files

    You could save it as a .txt file, which will be smaller than a .doc file, or something like that. You might be able to create a kind of 'zip' for it. -- Good luck.
