Please help - no one seems to know
The only thing I've seen elsewhere that was omitted in this thread was the "Browse Master" issue. This is found in the "File and Print Sharing" properties on Win9X and ME workstations and should be "disabled" on ALL machines except the server. Still didn't help...- Granpalew

Slow NT-4 domain access from XP Pro workstation.
We have an NT4SP6 server with about ten workstations running Win98SE or ME. I want to upgrade to XP Pro but I keep running into a major stumbling block.
