In the CM7 MOH resource should be put in the medial resource, then the media resource be applied in device phone. pls check CM7 configure. hope it helps

what you use for h323, cisoc router with vwic card, this is most case. cisco router works as voice gateway and registers in CM by h323, T1 line connects router with vwic card. hope it helps

I was told that cisco callmanager max arp table was 1024, so the voip subnet should be within 24(255.255.255.0). if I put all uc parts in a big subnet as 16(255.255.0.0) to avoid layer3 routing issue, is it ok in performance in real?
