    Why isn't 3.1 available for download on the public avaya site?

    I would reccomend moving into 4.0. I found it to have additional features which was useful for my organization. I am using an IP Office 406v2. I also have found alot of outstanding issues that were resolved in later versions which presented certain implementation challenges.
