Well we have the added expense of usb modules plus I don't know what software comes with them? I've been told if we go that route we will need Desktop Telephony Assistant which seems over-complicated for what we are trying to achieve.- brutalbear

Firstly please excuse my complete lack of knowledge! We have currently have a KXTD1232 system which has just broken down and is going to be replaced with a KXTDA30.
