I assume its because the database is in use. Try stopped the service, and then run your backup again.- jondelta

Restore from Sessions won't show subdirectories/files
The backup appears to work, doesn't fail, says it completes successfully. Shows hundreds of gigabytes backed up. Now, when I go to restore, and click the "+" next to "Session XXXXX: Server\Path" to view the subdirectories, to drill down to a file to restore, the "+" sign just disappears...- jondelta
