SMS Service account lock outs
ZIZAC, This was a while ago now, but to stop the service account locking out, I created another service account (eg. SVC_SMSService) put it in the domain admins group, gave it a password, and did a site reset with this new password. I also changed all site senders and software dist. accounts to...- BMT123

SMS Service account lock outs
Thanks for that, however the client account is fine, its the big boy, the SMSService account thats continually locking out. I've been through all the logs and it doesn't say whats causing the lockout. Would another Site Reset do the job?- BMT123

SMS Service account lock outs
I've just changed the SMS Service account and password using the SMS Setup wizard from the CD and adjusted all my sites to this account, and I'm now continually getting the Service account locking out. SMSCliToknAcct& is also locking out. Does anyone know how to stop this?- BMT123
