    Floppy Drive always on.

    You almost certainly have a cable problem. Try connecting the cable by twisting the FLOPPY DISC end round & re inserting it into the FLOPPY DRIVE. If this does NOT correct the problem you almost certainly need to replace the FLOPPY DISC cable.
