Well I deleted the ODBC connection and added a new one and then it sort of worked. Now it launches, but if I do a refresh it just hangs. Checking event viewer I get the following error:

In the past we have just setup a dummy user with everything and then copied the profile over to the Default User profile. This has worked all right.

Is there any way of adding a printer to a Windows 2000 Professional PC remotely? I have tried to connect to \\pcname and then add printers in the printer folder but it only seems to do it for the user that is logged on.
Not sure what the deal is. I can open the database I am running the report from fine. No prompting. I can run the report out of Crystal with no prompting. Once I place it online and login as administrator I get prompted for a username and password. Does anyone have any ideas?
