    FTP connection problems in 2003

    HI ! Im trying real hard to set up ftp on windows 2003 enterprise server , should be simple ! but nooooooooooo ! users cant log on , quite apart from the fact i had to set port to 20 data it just isnt happening , it doesnt make any diffrence if its anon or not and i have gone through ms setup...
