Have to Keep Restarting IIS for 2003... WHY??!!
Hi there, Having trouble trying to figure out why I have to keep restarting IIS in order to stop the webserver from asking for username and password. I only have to restart the Administration site and if I don't users will get a 404 error when accessing the site. I just starting using 2003...- hfelicetty
