Winipcfg/all run as follows; Adapter address 44-45-53-54-00-00, IP address 65.73.71.188 Subnet; 255.0.0.0 Default gateway; 65.73.71.188, DNS server 66.133.191.35, node type Broadcast. Machine was connected to ISP at 52K at this test point. -

I have an Athlon 900 Socket A system with an MSI mainboard which correctly connects thru dialup networking to an ISP. However the Browser,(IE6) Email (Outlook Express) nor the Antivirus update service (AVG) can find a server. I can ping the ISP with zero packet loss and there are not two or more...
