    Window control buttons corrupted in Windows98 (radio and check too)

    After using Windows for a certain time (sometimes 15 min, sometimes more), the collapse/expand/close window buttons become smeared and illegible. The same thing happens to radio buttons and check boxes in dialog box windows. Suggestions please?

    windows 98 SE window and dialog item display problem

    When Windows is booted, display is fine, but after some use the collapse/expand/close buttons on all windows become fuzzy and blotched and the same happens to the checkboxes and radio buttons displayed in dialog boxes. These items all become illegible. Suggestions, please?
