    That makes perfect sense; I just didn't read it right. So from all this I gather that there is no way to simply CFW a set from anything other than the set itself (without setting up a FFC). Is that correct?

    EddieDuece - Maybe I missed something. If you out it from all other phones, and set it up as an ACD with NCFW to the desired extension, then why would you need to go to ld 57 and set up FFC for RCFW?

    The DN for the first phone is present as a non-primary line on other phones. Can you still make that DN an ACD without removing it from the other phones?

    I need to set a phone that actualy has no instrument present to forward (not if busy, nor after so many rings, but always) to another phone. The sets are M3904s, the PBX is a Nortel Option 61c.
