You were right on the money. I opened up the program, changed the MTU to 1392 saved, rebooted, and everything came up perfectly.

UPDATE...
I created 3 shared testing folders. #1 folder was empty. #2 folder had a 1MB file in it. #3 Folder has many files in it. All 3 of these folders were created at the same time in the same tree.
