I've tried with a user being trustee of [root], but nothing better.
The point is that it works on some servers, and not on others.
Some settings at the server level must be wrong.
Thanks for the answer anyway.
On some servers the same admin user is authorized to log into "https://server:2200" (OpenSSH) and on others not.
All servers are NW 6.5 SP3 and are very similar.
On a server, I uninstalled and re-installed OpenSSH, giving the same admin user, but does not work.
The OpenSSH Administration...
No way to delete the server object !
See full and short description beelow :
Objective : Migrate HEC1 from NW5.1SP7 to NW6.5 SP3 (delete HEC1, then create with same name).
Before error :
6 servers and 4 partitions (1 root and 3 sub ones at the same level) :
HEC1 : NW5.1 SP7 eDir 8.7.1...
HEC1 has no more replica and does not appear in any replica ring (DSREPAIR,..., view replica ring), then HEC1 does not show in Console One in the "Partition and Replica view" for any partition.
But HEC1 is still known by the other servers (DSREPAIR, Advanced options, Servers known).
Hi,
After trying to delete a server named "HEC1", I have the following situation :
- The server is down and uninstalled.

- The server is still in the Time synchronization process on all servers left (error 625) !
- Impossible to delete the server using...

After applying TID#10094313 second solution, the upgraded server back into the cluster as a corrupted node, the only way to correct things was to delete and re-create all the cluster resources !
The TID#10094313 first solution is to process all the nodes at...

When adding an additionnal drive to an existing RAID 5 array, they are 2 possibles ways :
1. Create a new Logical Drive with the physical drive. In this scenario NSS sees a new device that can be used as you like.
2. Expand an...
I understand what you mean, but no way with NSSMU to find a new device (SCAN FOR NEW DEVICE), or create a new partition, or create a new POOL, or expand an existing POOL.
Because the additionnal drive has been added as part of the existing (wanted) logical drive on the MSA1000, and not as a new...
Hi,
The new drive has been added to the existing logical drive, by using the expanding function of the array configuration utility.
I don't want to create a new logical drive, I want to extend the existing one, because I have a RAID 5 logical drive with 4 drives of 148GB and I just want to add 1...
Hi,
I added an additionnal drive in a RAID 5 logical drive (Compaq MSA1000 logical drive expansion).
NSS (NSSMU) still shows the device object with the property "Capacity" with the old value (before adding the drive).
The MSA1000 User's Guide says it is possible if the OS supports the feature...
