    I've tried to reset the password to the mailbox. And it didn't do it. It only reset the password to the actual mailbox, not the log in of the mailbox

    When I dial Feature 981, and it prompts the PSW:, I press OTHR, I attempt to give the right password, but then it stated that the Mbox is locked and I need to call the admin. But the admin is me and I have no clue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
