Restart instead of shutdown problem
I have an Pentium II 233 Mhz ACER computer. When I shut it down the PC wont turn off instead it restarts back again. Do I have a problem in CMOS settings? or Software/Windows problem? I tried to reformat it and reinstall windows. The problem is still there.- meldizon2002
