    I reformatted an old PC, OPSYS WIN98. Is there software I can obtain to enable this PC to read data cd w/out a writer?

    I cant view my other computers files in my network-I checked workgro..

    I just networked 2 pcs together and I can acess the web from either now. But I cant view any of the other computers files even though I enabled them and joined the same workgroup.
