    Error Message: Cannot connect to egprod_cb through port 5002

    This control broker was up and connected last week, but now I receive this message when trying to connect using the monitor. I can't figure out if something is hung, or if the contol broker is just down. I tried running a stccb command, but I keep getting errors there also. Thanks.
