You might have a problem here.
Your setup up sounds just like mine and I had to setup OWA so my people can get emails outside of the office.
SBS will manage all internal emails local and never leave the server.

Maybe I'm being dumb here but I beleave that I have all ready moved the folders.
Tell me if I'm wrong but in "Manage Shared folders" in server management I clicked on "configure my documents redirection" and told the server where I wanted the new folder to be. Is this right?

Is this a new problem? Or is the SBS2k3 a new setup?
From what I have seen and in my own office, SBS2k3 exchange is going to hold on to the local emails so they have to be retrieved from the SBS 2k3 server.
You will have to use OWA.

The the 2 NIC's in this machine is new.
I can Ping the remote office from any PC in the local office BUT if I try to ping the remote office from the SBS than the server does not see them. But it does see the local PCs.
