    Prompt for user input when running a report.

    I have a report which uses a query to filter a date range. I want to be able to run the report and have it prompt the user to enter the date range, rather than manually changing the query every time. I know there has to be a way to do this, but I haven't been able to figure it out. Thanks.

    Obviously you are not familiar with our MIS department. LOL.  They send the entire agency (2000 employees) to me (I work in Human Resources)for any and all paradox questions!

    I have version 8.  and yes, I tried to reformat the dates in quatro pro first, but apparently the way they download makes it impossible.  Our MIS department is working on a macro (they say!) that will hopefully take care of the problem.

    I regularly download information from a program into Quatro-Pro, then import it from Quatro-Pro into Paradox (The original program cannot export directly to Paradox).  Unfortunately, the date fields export as text fields (with the format ##/##/##) and the program will not export it in...
