a few things to try:
-change the toner cartridge
-clean the scanner
-check the transfer roller, is it white-ish? if so replace it.
-check the fuser.
-lastly could be HVPS.

try printing with generic HP 4 or HP II windows driver...also try printing something in DOS - if that works that will confirm that printer is working ok and that it is most likely a driver issue.
Getting error "13.20.00 Jam In Top Cover Area" - paper path is clear, have checked sensors -ok - tried a new OEM cartridge - same result. Any thoughts?
