How do you prevent losing data in P3?
Since P3 does not have an UNDO button.....argggg.... Method #1:the best method to prevent losing your data is to make a duplicate copy of your schedule and save it to your hard drive or network files. That way if the inevitable happens and you make a goof up in P3 you can always just open up... -

MPP to Primavera
Another option is to transfer the data via excel. Both programs can be exported or copied into excel. It's viewed as the nuts and bolts approach but it works.
