Although the IP office is referred to as 406DS in the unit type we are in fact running R6.0 of the software (firmware). I am the end user MTCinc is trying to help. My Avaya phone system is an IP office 406DS (firmware 6.0(8)). It was upgraded to support 1600 series IP phones. We are also using 6400 series digital and 5610 IP sets. The App firmware on the 9640G IP phone is ha96xxua3_00.bin and I was wondering...- sillyITguy
