Can a sup observe on other key than key 0 (position id)? Can observe be set on key 8 (extension)?
i.e: Key 8 ACD 6000 7000 (6000 is ACD, 7000 is pos. id)
Can an agent login id be called directly? Exaple - an agent logs in with login code 1234 with position id 4567, can I call 1234 and get the agent phone to ring? If yes/no, what are the limitations and settings?
