Yes, the TVA is set to PBX for service mode(attached pic below) The night mode custom menu works so I set the day mode to the exact same custom menu, still not working...

I have a KXTDE200 linked to a TVA200. Service Group 1 (on the TVA) is set to PBX and CS menus are built for day and night mode. The Night mode CS menu works fine but the day mode not at all. I also added some Caller ID Routing for all modes (day/night/etc) and those don't work either...
