    Word 2002 Freeze

    Thanks, all. I ran the repair before, but that had no effect. The macros were the culprit, and it seems to work fine with that. Thanks to you all. Ley

    I have looked in the event viewer, and there is no error reported. I ran it twice to make sure, with no results. It just freezes upon opening, and will not shut down without ctrl+alt+del

    Word 2002 freezes upon opening a document, and is unusable. I can only get it to shut down using "control+alt+delete" Any ways to fix this? Appreciated.
