gabu - The folder is located under the working directory of Arcserve. You'll see in the folder a few files named 0000000X.LOG where X is the number of the job in the Arcserve queue. Looks like I fixed my own problem. I was able to remove the job after going in to the 00000001.qsd folder and rename the corresponding files.- djfrey
