Aloha EDC 6.4.34
We have Aloha EDC at our restaurant and our internet went down while processing a batch. The batch never got processed and now I don't see it in EDC. FOH accepts credit cards but it spits out a receipt immediatly and none show up in BOH on EDC. What can I do to get that batch processed and to...- ippok

Aloha can't find file server
I have 6 terminals on my aloha system. On one of my terminals, I had a root element missing error. I fixed that and now about two weeks later, the same terminal cannot find file server. I have tried to reboot and can see an error message flash for a second that says something about the...- ippok

I have 6 terminals on my aloha system. One of the terminals is stuck in a constant loop. I have tried unplugging and restarting to refresh but the terminal will keep shutting down and reloading.
