Had the same problem backing up with ver 10 SP5. Backing up a win 2003 sp2 server ( failing ) on another 2003 sp2 server . Not running sharepoint or exchange . Symantech/Veritas wont give you the media or the link to the 10d install disk . You can download 10d here...- rvermaak
