Since updating my IOS, Workplace no longer notifies me of a call coming in when the phone is locked.
If the phone is unlocked it rings through.
SS is showing the phone logged in and ready when locked.
Any ideas of how to resolve this?
This can't be an Apple Push issue as I have the App open...
Customer running 10.1.2.2.1.
We have a customer that is looking into DR. They would like to receive an e-mail alert from the IPOCC when there is an issue stating what the alarm is.
Does anyone know if this is possible and if so where to set this up?
