    SQL*Net ?

    I think U need to install the network protocol on SCo server, then configure SQL*Net using files tnsnames.ora and listenere.ora. These files can be placed in /etc or /var/opt/oracle directories based on the need. Once configured, the SQl*Net can be checnked using tnsping utility. Best of Luck
