    Set up "Virtual Directory"

    In your httpd.conf file, located off of your main Apache dir in conf/, look for the section headed "Aliases" and add Alias /other_dir "C:/other_dir/" below the commented area. Be sure to leave a forward slash off of the part right after "Alias".
