CR10 Parameter Window only opens once after SAVE.

CR10 Parameter Window only opens once after SAVE.
Ran into same problems as orig poster... - CR 10 AdvDev - XP Pro (SP1) - MSDE/SQL Server 2000 Problems with not only losing the parameter prompt dialog, but also other ones...such as closing the Preview view and not being able to get it back (Ctrl+R or F5 from Design view).
