We are having an issue with M2008 & M2616 phones. Since our upgrade to release 7.0 in February we have been having phones that when they try and answer a call it disconnects the caller that was on the line. This only happens with these phones. At first I thought it was just the phones dieing but...
I need assistance with setting up putty to telenet into my call server. I am on release 7.0 for a CS1K system. Pretty new to the whole system and looking any assistance anyone could offer.
