    force feedback

    I have win 98 can anyone give me some advice on how to disable the force feed back effects? I get the following error. "A fatel exception 00 has occured at 0028:ff010e25 IVxD--- This was called from 0028:C000ab74 in VxD---." Any information would be helpful. Thnaks

    windows 98

    I put Win 98 on my compaq. I had widows ME before and it shut the computer off automatically when shut down the computer is selected. Win 98 won't do that. Is there any way to get Win 98 to shut off totally after choosing shut down?
