Trying to use a P703 pole display for a radiant 1220 terminal running aloha 6.2. I cannot find the correct settings for it to function properly. It is not an option in the pole display drop down menu.

I am having the same problem, except when I do as you say, I continue to get the "root element missing" error on the terminal. Any ideas on how to reload this without having to call my dealer.

Anyone have any advice on setting up the radiant Kitchen display system. Using QS 6.2.15 and I would like to replace the kitchen printer with the display system. Any insight is very much appreciated.

I was told that the timeclock must be added as a terminal and then it should it will refresh with the other terminals on the system. I am hesitant to mess with the terminal section because I wasn't sure if it affects the license key. Any thoughts?

Just curious if anyone knows about the functionality and integration of the Aloha Time Clock with the BOH. Local dealer does not support it but it would be nice to have BOH employees punch in and out at a clock rather than a POS terminal. http://www.radiantsystems.com/hardware/time-clock.htm
