    Insufficiant Extended Memory

    Do you have memory settings in your config.sys and/or autoexec.bat files? Have you f8'ed to step through your startup? If you have another (functioning) system to compare with, compare its config.sys/autoexec.bat with yours. I assume you've eliminated bad memory chips from the equation? BTW...
