Yes , I know what I should do, but the query is a very complex series of queries, which I, as a novice, barely comprehend, so I was looking for an easy shortcut. If it's not possible, I will dive fearlessly into the query design.- Gboyes

Run Access report but suppress print
I have an access report that does some totalling and when the report runs, it updates a field in a table. I want to run the report in some instances just to update the table without printing the report. There does not seem to be an option in the DoCmd.openreport statement to suppress printing...- Gboyes
