    how do you change the defalt font?

    I have CS2 on a mac and i would like to change the default font to Arial. Currently the font is one that is not even installed on my computer so I always have to change it... it would be nice to open up any text box with a font that works. Please advise.

    I know using the shift control arrow key will change highlighted fonts 2 point sizes... Are there quick keys to change highlighted fonts one point? I use Indesign CS2 for mac.
