Problem Starting Octane
Thanks for your advice Crimso. I think I understand what you're saying. Unfortunately, I bought this Octane with IRIX already installed and with no installation disks, so all I have is the Command Monitor shell and the Start System blue Octane page. Just switched on Octane and system states: Boot file not found on device: xio(0)pci(15)scsi(0)disk(1)rdisk(0)partition(8)/sash. Autoboot failed Unable to continue;press <enter> to return to the menu: I'm stuck! If you could drop me an advice I'd be extremely grateful- robmacaire
