    NS1000 password

    My telephone guy disappeared. We have a ns1000 system but we don't have the INSTALLER password. Is there a way to reset it? If I perform SYSTEM INITIALIZE, will the license lost? I do not have a backup! Thanks.

    E036102 Limit Number Over error

    I think because I have 6 DLC16 and 1 SLC16 physical card. The DXDP ports make the total 16 x 6 x 2(DXDP) + 16 x 1 => 196 + 16 = 208 This makes me not able to add a second V-IPEXT32. (208 + 32 + 32 = 272 max is 256) Is there a way to disable the DXDP ports of the DLC16? Regards.

    E036102 Limit Number Over error

    I am not able to insert a second ipext32 card to the virtual slot. There is an error E036102 Limit Number Over error message. According to the specification TDE200 should support 64 IPEXT. Is it correct? I have 40 IPEXT license but not able to use the extra ext. Regards, kc

    I am not able to get new NT321 for my system. The new NT5xx need a newer system software. What is the correct upgrade procedure to upgrade the firmware/software of a tde200? card first or system first? Do I need to upgrade all cards as well? thx.
