My recycle bin is empty and yes I emptied it first, this virus is jumping all around.
Thanks for all you guys help I am at work right now and probably wont be able to try any of this stuff until Saturday.
My computer is getting slower and slower and sometimes it even locks up, I'm afraid it...
When I click on C: (hard drive) it is in there with Documents and settings and all that stuff. Not actually in a program or anything. Everybody is asking me that, does this make since?
I have a Download.Trojan. Norton Antivirus detected it and cannot do anything with it (all definitions are upto date). It says that it is an ied.exe virus. The description says: The compressed file ied.exe within C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-1482476501-1972579041-725345543-500\Dc1.cab is infected...
I tried it too and received the same outcome as saddlesore.
It did not fix the problem. I just boot my computer and then turn on the za, it works fine that way. Wish there was a way to fix it to where i could boot with za on at start up.
Everytime I start up my computer I get this error
RTL
Unable to start driver for HPHipm11.exe (HPHipm11.exe)
I don't even know what RTL is. Not real computer smart, but I can do whatever someone explains to me. Windows XP, Dell Dimension 2300
