    No internet is working on this machine. Forgot to mention that the ipconfig /all replies that it cannot access the information. No CD means an antivirus program cannot easily be ported into this machine.

    faithless... I found forwarding, and popped in the dns addresses. thank you. I tried to put the 127.0.0.1 as the dns in the tcpip properties but it won't accept it saying it's a loopback address. Is it somewhere else I'm supposed to put that? In the meantime, I put the servers own address...
