    This has nothing to do with hotdesk users. It was a brand new install and replacing the phone, once I found which one was causing it, solved the problem. I've had bad phones before but never one that knocked out all of the other IP sets on the network. I'm just glad it was a small install.

    I wouldn't replace the processor just yet. If you take the phone and plug it straight in the EXT port on the processor does it still not work? Any way you can take a spare known good phone and leave it plugged in an unused EXT port on the processor to monitor?

    Do you have a spare license card for the VS? These things were bad about being corrupt when they were new from Lucent/Avaya and now it's had God knows what done to it. You can buy a used 2 port card on ebay right for $20 or best offer so that would be a cheap test.
