I have a few phones in H3800 system that have been dial blocked but the user does not remember the password.
Please let me know;
1 How can I check if the phone is locked in Hipath Manager.
2 How can I reset the password through Hipath Manager software.
I had a somewhat similar problem with my SIP trunk configuration. It got resolved after I backed up the data, initialised the system and reloaded the data.
