My Attendant Console is put into "nights" when the business is closed at 5pm but calls are transferring to our 24 hr agents that cover emergency no power calls during the company's after hours. How can I find out where the calls are going if I can't trace the TN on the Console?

I have 10 multi line phones that have a key set to MCN and the 2nd simutanous call always gets a busy. I've set two phones to MCR and it doesn't correct the problem. We have an Option 11. Can anyone help me out with trouble shhoting this?
