I've got the same issue, this is cause by a large number of Alarms, if you open the RSS of the CCM you will probably see a lot of Alarm Device Mismatch, etc. the CCM7 V7 will send a bunch of huge email with all the detail of the alarm this is what cause the Service to use a lot of CPU and ram...- Mitel335xi
