Pulled the DIMM in the rear socket and the error disappeared. The user needs the printer, so I'm going to leave it at that for now.
Next is to switch the DIMM from the other socket when I have a chance to see if it is the DIMM or the socket and go from there.
Seems to be a possible bad DRAM bank in the DIMM.
